Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains Wivfy’s order processing, transit estimates, and delivery support.

Processing and dispatch
After payment is confirmed, orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Verification, high order volume, or incomplete address information may affect processing.

Transit and total fulfillment time
Estimated transit time is 5–11 business days. The average fulfillment time is therefore 8–14 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates; holidays, customs, severe weather, carrier disruption, remote destinations, or other events outside reasonable control may cause delays.

Tracking
When tracking is available, details are sent after dispatch. Tracking systems may take several business days to display the first carrier scan. Please allow time for the carrier’s website to update.

Split shipments
Items from one order may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, available tracking information may be provided for each parcel, and separate arrival dates do not necessarily mean an item is missing.

Address accuracy and changes
Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Contact support@wivfy.com promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or dispatch begins, and additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may apply where permitted.

Customs, duties, and remote areas
International orders may be subject to customs review, import taxes, duties, or local fees. Any responsibility that applies will be determined by the destination’s rules and information shown at checkout. Remote-area delivery may require additional time.

Delayed, lost, damaged, or undelivered orders
If tracking appears stalled, a package arrives damaged, or the order has not arrived after the estimated period, email us with your order number and any relevant photos. We will review the available tracking and work with the carrier or fulfillment provider on the appropriate next step.

Standard shipping rates

Standard shipping is free for orders of US$50.00 or more. Orders below US$50.00 have a US$6.99 standard shipping charge. These thresholds are in USD; local-currency amounts are converted where supported. Available delivery methods and final charges appear at checkout.
