Hang a wreath on smooth glass

Dress up a window without drilling. A rippled silver-finish dial sits above a clear stem and an upturned hook that cradles your wreath’s hanging loop.

Check the size and surface

The hook is approximately 3.86 in (9.8 cm) tall, and the round suction mount is approximately 2.28 in (5.8 cm) across. Choose a clean, flat patch of smooth glass with room for the entire cup. Keep the rim clear of raised patterns, seams and the frame.

Press and twist to mount

1. Clean and dry the glass.
2. Peel the protective film from the suction cup if present.
3. Place the cup flat against the glass and press the center firmly.
4. Turn the round dial clockwise until secure. Check the mount before adding the wreath.

Seat the loop behind the tip

Hold the wreath up by its cord first to check its position. Once the hook is secure, place the loop behind the raised tip so it sits fully in the hook.

Before you hang

What if the glass has a texture or seam?

Move to a smooth area where the entire rim can make contact. If the cup shifts or an edge lifts, take the wreath down and reset the mount before using it again.

Will my wreath fit between two doors?

Check the space between the two doors with the wreath in position, including the hook, handle and sill. Make sure the wreath clears the outer door when it closes.

Will a wide ribbon fit?

The loop should sit inside the hook without bunching above the tip. Use a narrower cord or fold the ribbon if it needs a slimmer loop.
